Summary: The Guardian Knight takes place a year after the devastating events of The Dark Knight. Now on the run from the cops and dealing with a new powerful mob boss, The Caped Crusader is again tested between his two aliases, the playboy billionaire Bruce Wayne and the savior hero Batman.  
  • Bruce Wayne/Batman: The movies main character, protagonist and hero. Destined to overcome evil and tyranny set forth by mobsters and murderers, he is put to the test to show that he will give up anything for his city. The hero is now down on his luck and crippled from a deadly explosion he has now been forced to wear an experimental medical suit that will help protect his injuries and give more protection.  
  • The Riddler: A frantic, manipulative, obsessed, enigmatic, charismatic criminal. The Riddler has dedicated nearly his entire life to crime. His largest and most diabolocial plan has now become the problem of every citizen in Gotham, including The Caped Crusader.
  • Commisioner James Gordon: The Commish has had his luck come to a steaming halt. After calling in Batman his life has went to hell. Now a full on alcholholic and ranging into other dangerous factors, Jim has been looking for his way out of his misery. The time has come but not in the fashion he or anyone else wanted.
  • Alfred Pennyworth: The loyal butler is back to guide his Master/Son Bruce into deciding his future without facing the wrong results. It has come now that Alfred's guidance is no longer needed and he is rejected completely from Bruce.
  • Lucius Fox:Still the man behind Wayne Enterprises, Fox has struggled to keep the company a float after a large business has taken over by force. Now its time for Fox to whip out everything in his mogul like arsenal to save Gotham and the legendary-beloved Wayne Enterprise.
  • Marcus: A detective and one of the few men to know the secret identity of Batman...the only problem is he is trying to put him away. No one is willing to believe Marcus and now he is put to the test to arrest The Caped Crusader, something that might cause him his life.
